Do I need a cabin number to make a booking?

No, we do not need a cabin number to take a booking. As long as you have received your cruise labels from your cruise company prior to us collecting them, then your luggage will make it to your cabin for you.

How far in advance to sailing will I know my collection date?

We aim to arrange collection dates with our customers approximately 14 days prior to them sailing.

Will the price change depending on where I live?

No, as long as you are within the mainland UK then the price will be a standard charge for everyone. (This does not include off-shore islands.)

Can you pick my luggage up from ports outside of the UK?

No, unfortunately we do not offer our services outside of the UK.

Can you carry a mobility scooter for me?

This would depend on where you live within the UK and the charges would be doubled. We would suggest that you call us on 02380 873111 to discuss this and you will be asked to send us an email with photos and specifications of the mobility scooter in question.

Are my cases insured with you?

Yes, your luggage is insured for £250 per case, however you may add extra insurance if you wish. You can see details for this on the booking page or you can call us on 02380 873111. (Please note the insurance covers for the contents of the case – not the case itself.)

How many days in advance will I have my collection?

Dependent on where you live within the mainland UK, collection would be between 1-5 working days. (Please note this excludes bank holidays and weekends.)

How many days after disembarkation will I receive my luggage back?

Dependent on where you live within the mainland UK, delivery of luggage would be between 1-5 working days. (Please note this excludes bank holidays and weekends.)

Do you collect from my post code area?

We currently collect from all UK mainland post codes except PA20, PA41 – PA78, PH42 - PH44 and KA27 – KA28. If you live in one of these post code areas, please call us on 02380 873111 to discuss your options.
